I'm an experienced sports massage therapist with over 15 years and 20,000+ hours under my belt, specialising in treating a range of sports injuries.
During my time in Hong Kong I worked with a diverse range of clients, including athletes and artists, but made a switch for the sunny isles of the UK in 2022. Effective communication is crucial in my practice, ensuring a thorough understanding of recovery with my clients.
From relaxing sessions to deep tissue work, I bring a variety of techniques to the table. I hold certifications including BTEC Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy (LSSM), International Aestheticiennes UK Massage Diploma and Fascial Manipulation Stecco Level 1.
