1 appointment credit (for use on 75-minute massages only)

Memberships are monthly credits paid for by direct debit. You’ll receive a set number of credits to use on massages determined by the membership you’ve opted for.
Packages are fixed bundles of prepaid sessions, based on specific massage lengths you select when purchasing. They are one-off payments and do not renew automatically.

Yes, with memberships and packages. However, if you wish to opt for a longer treatment than your membership allows, you will have to pay the difference.
All appointment credits, must be used in full. You are unable to partially redeem appointments and opt for shorter sessions.

With our memberships only, they will continue to roll for a period of 12 months, so you can stay consistent without pressure.

With the move to our new booking platform, we no longer have the rewards system in place. However, this may change in the future.
All previously earned rewards points will have been converted to money credits and are available for use within the new system.

Only for memberships, are you able to freeze, every six months for 30 days at a time.
You cannot freeze your packages.

If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, your credit or package balance will remain unchanged for one calendar month.
You can cancel your membership after a 3 month period, as long as it’s cancelled before your next payment date. Any unused credits will remain valid for use until expiry. See full T&Cs for further details.
